Marketing Programs (Campaigns, Targeted Coupons, Leads, Loyalty, Affiliate, Hire a Marketer)

A preview of the growth tools BillionBiz is building next — ad campaigns, targeted coupons, leads (CRM), loyalty and rewards, an affiliate program, and hiring a vetted marketer.

Coming soon — not yet active

Everything on this page is a preview. The screens exist in your dashboard so you can see the direction BillionBiz is heading, but none of the tools below are functional yet — buttons are disabled or show a "coming soon" message. This page describes what each one is designed to do, not a how-to guide.

Where to find these previews in the sidebar

All six previews live under Marketing in the left sidebar, alongside the tools that work today. The path is the same on the classic sidebar and the new admin sidebar:

Sidebar entryOpensStatus
Marketing → CampaignsCampaigns previewPlanned
Marketing → Targeted couponsTargeted coupons previewPlanned
Marketing → Leads (CRM)Leads (CRM) previewPlanned
Marketing → Hire a MarketerHire a Marketer previewPlanned
Marketing → Loyalty & RewardsLoyalty & Rewards previewPlanned
Marketing → Affiliate ProgramAffiliate Program previewPlanned

On the new admin sidebar, each of these six rows carries a small outlined Planned tag, with no date and no progress figure, on its right-hand side (it also shows in the flyout list when the sidebar is collapsed to icons), so none of them reads as a live feature. The classic sidebar lists the same six rows without the tag. Clicking one highlights that row in the sidebar, and the rows around it (Coupons, SEO, Form Submissions, Newsletter) stay un-highlighted. In the new sidebar the order inside Marketing is Coupons, SEO, Campaigns, Targeted coupons, Leads (CRM), Hire a Marketer, Loyalty & Rewards, Affiliate Program, Form Submissions, Newsletter.

The two sidebars name two entries differently

The classic sidebar calls the SEO entry SEO & GEO; the new admin sidebar calls it SEO. Both open the same page. The six preview entries use the same names on both sidebars.

Beyond coupons and SEO, BillionBiz is building a set of tools most merchants currently solve with three separate paid subscriptions. When they ship, they'll be part of BillionBiz, not an add-on.

Campaigns

Go to Marketing → Campaigns to see the preview.

Running a Meta or Google ad today means leaving your dashboard, opening Ads Manager, building an audience from scratch, and trying to trace which ad drove which sale. Campaigns is designed to close that loop:

  • Launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns without leaving BillionBiz.
  • Create Google Search and Shopping campaigns alongside them.
  • Build audiences from your own customer data — purchase history, lifecycle stage, browsing behaviour.
  • Read a unified dashboard showing ROAS, cost-per-click, and conversions across every channel at once.
  • Use an AI creative assist to generate ad copy and image variants from your product catalogue.
  • Get automated budget alerts the moment a campaign starts under-performing.

Targeted coupons

Go to Marketing → Targeted coupons to see the preview. The page is headed "Send the right offer to the right people." and its sample preview (labelled "Preview, sample data") shows a coupon card, audience rules, and a reach count. Nothing on it is functional yet.

Coupons that anyone can use are created today on the Coupons page. Targeted coupons is designed to let you aim an offer at one group of customers. The three planned benefits are:

  • Build audience rules: combine tags, spend and order count.
  • See reach before you send: know how many customers qualify.
  • One use per customer: stop the same person using the coupon twice.

Under the benefits, a line reads "Coupons that anyone can use are created today on the Coupons page" with an Open Coupons link, which stays the place to create discounts.

Leads (CRM)

Go to Marketing → Leads (CRM) to see the preview. The page is headed "Turn enquiries into customers." and its sample preview (labelled "Preview, sample data") shows a lead board with New, Contacted, Qualified and Won columns, each lead card carrying a source such as Instagram ad, Google ad, Referral or Website form. Nothing on it is functional yet. The three planned benefits are:

  • See every lead's stage: drag leads from New to Won.
  • Assign and follow up: give each lead an owner.
  • Know which ad worked: see the campaign behind each lead.

Under the benefits, a line says form entries are collected today on the Form Submissions page, with an Open Form Submissions link to Marketing → Form Submissions.

Hire a Marketer

Go to Marketing → Hire a Marketer to see the preview. It describes a "bench of quietly excellent practitioners" and shows no marketer count, because nobody is listed yet; treat any number you may have seen in older screenshots as outdated.

Finding a reliable marketer is time-consuming, and trusting one with your store data is nerve-wracking. This marketplace is designed to be a curated directory of vetted freelancers and agencies:

  • Filter by skill (Meta Ads, SEO, influencer, email), industry, budget, and language.
  • See verified platform credentials, portfolio case studies, and ratings from other BillionBiz merchants.
  • Grant a hired marketer access to only the screens they need — never your customer list, orders, or billing — and revoke it with one click.
  • Chat in-app with the marketer you hire and share creative briefs, instead of scattered WhatsApp threads or email.
  • Track a performance dashboard showing exactly what each marketer changed and the results they delivered, with attribution built in.
  • Rate and review a marketer once an engagement wraps up.
  • Pay through a milestone escrow: funds release only when you approve the work.

Loyalty & Rewards

Go to Marketing → Loyalty & Rewards to see the preview.

Acquiring a new customer costs several times more than keeping an existing one. This tool is designed to let you build a programme that keeps buyers coming back:

  • Award points for purchases, signups, reviews, social follows, and birthdays — you set what each action is worth.
  • Let customers climb VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or names you choose) that unlock perks like free shipping and early access.
  • Redeem points at checkout for discounts, free products, or gift cards.
  • Run a refer-a-friend module that rewards both parties when the friend's first order completes.
  • Send smart winback campaigns that auto-detect customers about to churn and nudge them with a bonus-point offer.
  • Track performance analytics — repeat-purchase rate, redemption rate, and revenue lift from loyalty members vs. non-members.
  • Surface the whole programme as a branded floating widget on your storefront, matching your colours and copy.

Affiliate Program

Go to Marketing → Affiliate Program to see the preview.

Affiliates — creators, bloggers, loyal customers, niche communities — can be a cost-efficient sales channel because you pay only when they convert. This program is designed to give you:

  • A branded signup page, hosted on your own domain, where partners apply to promote your store.
  • A personal tracking link and an optional branded coupon code for each approved affiliate.
  • Fully flexible commission rules — flat or percentage, per-product or per-category, tiered by performance.
  • A real-time affiliate dashboard showing clicks, conversions, earnings, and payout status.
  • Bulk payouts via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit, plus built-in fraud protection against self-referrals and coupon-stuffing.
  • Tiers and leaderboards that reward your best-performing affiliates with higher commissions and public recognition.
  • Approval rules and cookie windows to configure attribution periods, return hold periods, and per-affiliate approval before payout.
  • Automatic email and WhatsApp updates that notify affiliates on every conversion, payout, and new product drop.

If you want to reach customers today

None of the tools above are usable yet. If you want to promote your store or reach your customer list right now, use Coupons for discounts, improve your ranking with SEO, GEO & AI-Engine Optimisation, or send a broadcast through your connected WhatsApp Business number.

What the two new preview screens show

Each of the two new previews has a Coming soon badge, a headline and a one-line description, three benefits, an Email waitlist request button, a link to what works today, and a note that it is planned, not available yet, with no release date. A sample preview of the finished screen sits beside the text and is labelled "Preview, sample data"; it is a picture, not something you can click. The button opens your email app with a message to contact@billionbiz.store and a subject such as "Targeted coupons waitlist request". It does not sign you up for anything inside the admin panel.

Troubleshooting: why don't I see these in the sidebar?

These six previews are open to store Admin and Super Admin logins only. If one is missing, check these in order:

  • You are signed in as Staff. A Staff login's menu is limited to the screens its role needs, and Marketing is not one of them, so the whole Marketing group is absent. Ask a store admin to open the previews, or to change your role in Team: People, Seats & Access.
  • Your account is hosting-only. An account that has hosting but no online store sees only SEO and Newsletter under Marketing. Coupons, Form Submissions and the six previews are store-selling tools and stay hidden.
  • You are a vendor. Vendor logins never get the six previews. A Vendor Admin sees only Marketing → Coupons, and only when the vendor's plan includes coupons. See Vendor Self-Service.
  • You typed the address in by hand. Without an Admin or Super Admin role the page refuses to open even though the address is correct.

If you are an Admin on a store that sells products and still see no Planned tag, you are probably on the classic sidebar, which does not draw the tag.
