Every store is more than one screen — it's the people who run it and the switches that control how it behaves. This section covers your team (who works in your store, what each person can do, and how plan seats are counted), your account's access, the trail of every change made in your store, and the settings that tune the platform to your business.
What you get
- One Team page — every person gets four switches (Admin login, Takes bookings, Counter PIN, Commission), uses one plan seat however many are on, and vendor teams are listed in the same place.
- Five-role model — Owner, Store Admin, Staff, Vendor Admin, and Vendor Staff, each with a clear boundary on what they can see and do.
- Account security in your hands — change your password from the Security tab of Your Profile.
- Two separate trails — one Activity page with a day-to-day Store events tab for orders, payments, and shipments, and a stricter, Owner/Super Admin Team actions tab with full before/after change tracking.
- One Settings hub — general store config, notifications, domains, billing, and preferences all reachable from a single entry point.
- A plugin marketplace — browse, connect payment, shipping, marketing, and messaging tools without leaving your dashboard.
Two skins, one contract
BillionBiz is mid-rollout on a redesigned admin skin (v2). Where a screen described here behaves differently on v2 today, the page calls it out explicitly — the workflow described is always the one you can rely on.
