Becoming a Seller (Vendor Sign-Up)

How to apply to sell on a marketplace-enabled BillionBiz store using the public vendor sign-up form.

Some BillionBiz stores run as marketplaces, letting outside sellers (vendors) list and sell their own products alongside the merchant's. If a store has this turned on, it publishes a public sign-up form for prospective sellers.

Note

Not every store is a marketplace. If you don't see a "Sell on this store" or "Become a seller" link anywhere on the site, the merchant hasn't enabled vendor sign-ups.

Applying to sell

Find the sign-up form

Look for a "Become a Seller" or "Sell with us" link, typically in the store's footer.

Fill in your business details

The form asks for:

FieldRequired
Business nameYes
EmailYes
First nameYes
Last nameYes
Contact phoneNo (10 digits if provided)
Business typeNo — Individual, Proprietorship, Private Limited, or LLP
NotesNo — anything else you want the merchant to know

Submit your application

Submit the form. You'll see a confirmation screen showing the email address your application was submitted under.

Already a vendor? Signing in

Vendors don't sign in on the storefront. The storefront's own Login page is for shoppers only; a vendor account is managed from the Admin Panel, the same place the merchant's team signs in.

Open the sign-up form

Go to the store's vendor sign-up page (the same form described above).

Click Sign in

Below the form you'll see Already a vendor? Sign in. Click Sign in. It takes you straight to the Admin Panel login page for that store's environment, not to the shopper login.

Sign in with your vendor credentials

Enter your vendor account's login details. The merchant reviews every application first (see below), so sign in once you've heard back from them.

Troubleshooting: I don't see 'Already a vendor? Sign in'

The line only appears when the store can work out the Admin Panel's address. If it can't, the whole Already a vendor? line is hidden rather than sending you to the shopper login, which wouldn't work for a vendor account. In that case, ask the merchant for their Admin Panel login address and sign in there directly.

What happens next

Your application goes to the merchant for review — approval isn't instant. The merchant's team evaluates vendor applications and reaches out (typically by email) with the outcome.

Tip

Once approved, a vendor gets their own seller tools — a vendor dashboard, product listings tied to their name, and their own order/shipment view — separate from what a regular customer sees on the storefront.
