Activity: Team actions

A complete, tamper-aware history of every significant change in your account — who did it, what changed, and from where — with full before/after detail.

The Team actions tab of the Activity page is a complete, searchable history of every significant action taken in your account — who created a product, who updated an order, who deleted a coupon, who signed in, who exported data. This is a stricter and more detailed record than the day-to-day Store events tab.

Screen: Activity → Team actions (address /activity?tab=team). Old bookmarks to /audit-logs land here.

Super Admin only

The Team actions tab, and the Audit Logs card in the Settings hub that leads to it, appear only for the Owner/Super Admin account. Store Admin and Staff accounts see Store events only, with no tab strip, and a ?tab=team link falls back to Store events. Vendor accounts have no Activity page.

Troubleshooting: why is Team actions missing or empty for me?

Don't see Team actions? You are signed in as a Store Admin (or Staff), not the Owner/Super Admin: only Store events is available, and the Settings hub has no Audit Logs card for you. Only the Owner can open it. If you are the Owner and the list is empty, widen the date range and clear the filters described below.

What each entry records

Every row shows the person's name and avatar, the type of action (create, update, delete, login, export), the affected entity, a short details line, the exact timestamp, and the IP address the action came from. Click View Details on any row to open a drawer with the full before/after comparison — every field that changed, its old value, and its new value side by side.

Filtering and searching

FilterOptions
SearchFree text across log entries
Action TypeAll actions, Create, Update, Delete, Login
Performed ByAll users, or a specific teammate
Entity TypeAll entities, or a specific one (products, orders, users, store settings, categories, coupons, and others as your store uses them)
Date rangeQuick presets (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or a custom From/To range

How the Entity Type list works. The dropdown lists the entity names that actually appear in your store's audit history, so it grows as you use more features. Names are shown with their first letter capitalised and underscores turned into spaces. Pick one to see only that entity's rows; All Entities removes the filter. Entity names that mix upper and lower case, such as StoreMeasurementUnit, now filter correctly: choosing one returns that store's matching rows instead of an empty table. The match is exact, so a lowercase name and a mixed-case name are separate entries in the list and each shows only its own rows. The same filter applies to Export.

Why does Entity Type show no rows? Widen the Date range and set Action Type and Performed By back to their All options, because every filter applies together. Then press Refresh. If the entity still has no rows, nothing of that kind has been logged in that window.

Use the Refresh button to pull the latest entries. Both sidebars let you clear an applied date filter: on the classic (default) sidebar, the date popover has a dedicated Clear button next to Apply; on the new admin sidebar, the date-range panel's custom-range section has its own Clear button that resets back to the default preset.

The table's Action, Entity, and Timestamp column headers are clickable to sort the list — click once to sort ascending, again to reverse. This works the same way on both the classic and the new admin sidebar.

Exporting

Clicking Export downloads a CSV of the currently filtered set to your browser, matching the filters (action, entity, date range) you have applied on screen. This works on both the classic and the new admin sidebar.

Retention

How far back your audit history goes depends on your subscription plan — a chip near the page title shows your current retention window in days. Higher plans keep a longer history. If audit logs aren't included in your plan at all, the screen shows an upgrade prompt instead of the log table.
